What counts as an active quote?
Quotes count toward your plan limit while they are live in the workflow, including draft, ready to send, sent, follow-up due, and revised. Won and lost quotes no longer count as active.
Are archived quotes unlimited?
Yes. Every plan includes unlimited archived quotes so you can keep historical records without affecting your active quote allowance.
What trial do new accounts start on?
New accounts start with a 14-day Growth trial. That gives you team workflow, sending, and reporting access up front before you choose the paid plan that fits best.
What happens if my trial ends without payment?
Your account becomes read-only. You can still view quotes, activity history, and prior records, but you cannot create, edit, send, or make other write changes until you choose a paid plan.
What happens if I hit my active quote limit?
You will not be able to create another active quote until you either upgrade or reduce active usage. You can still update existing quotes in ways that move them out of active status, including marking them won or lost.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. If you upgrade, you get more capacity right away. If you downgrade, no data is deleted, but you will need to get back within the new plan limits before increasing usage again.
Is billing monthly only?
